At Greenwell Living, we process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at greenwellliving26@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
